Senior It Support Engineer
Mr. Watts is a Senior IT Support Engineer who began his IT career on the help desk of an Internet Service Provider. A decade later he had risen to the rank of Senior IT Supporting, with a stop in between as manager of the same helpdesk where he got his start.
Joshua has worked in nearly every aspect of Data Center and Managed Hosting, but ultimately found his home as a member of a multi-site, multi-state Network Engineering team that designed and implemented networking solutions for customers with a wide range of needs. Those solutions included not only building fault-tolerant and scalable networks, but also keeping them monitored and safe.
Joshua is a graduate of ECPI, and joined Entec in 2010.
