Jerry joined Entec in September 2018.  His experience with IT started from a young age.  With his interest grew the natural ability to troubleshoot and solve problems that would occur on desktops and laptops from personal experience.  His experience ranges from Desktop Support Technician to Office Manager.  He has over 8 years of customer service experience, which goes hand in hand paired with his IT skills to perform the job of Technical Support Engineer for Entec Systems.
