Desktop Support Engineer

Andrew joined Entec in August 2012 as a Desktop Support Engineer, with a focus on deploying equipment and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.  Prior to joining Entec, Andrew worked with Kinsale Insurance as a Helpdesk Support Analyst and attended school.  In early 2012, Andrew graduated from ECPI University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Electronics Engineering.

Andrew’s technical skills include PC troubleshooting, repair and removal of viruses.  In addition, he has a deep knowledge of Wave Oscillators, Optical Time Domain Reflectometers, and Digital Multimeters as testing and measuring instruments to acquire data.
