Technical Support Engineer
Andres joined Entec in June 2026 following his retirement from the U.S. Army, where he developed strong leadership and problem-solving skills. After his military service, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity and gained hands-on IT experience in hardware troubleshooting, operating system deployment, and technical support. Andres is passionate about helping customers solve technical challenges and is committed to continuously expanding his expertise in technology and cybersecurity. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, home improvement projects, and traveling with his wife and son.
